About Me
My style of therapy uses patience, warmth, curiosity, humor, and collaboration. I practice Integrative Systemic Therapy and tailor my approach to each client based on the needs and goals of therapy. I draw mainly from Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, attachment theory, and meaning and insight based therapies, with a particular emphasis on process oriented work. I operate from a non-pathologizing stance and actively look for my clients innate strengths.

I’m a relational therapist and believe our context and experiences with our communities and family impact the way we see ourselves, shape our relationships, and influence how we make sense of the world around us. I use this systemic perspective in my work.

I value working with clients from all backgrounds, identities, religions, ages, socioeconomic statuses, abilities, and relationship statuses. I'm committed to creating a therapeutic environment that is both sensitive and affirming.

I believe my training and development are lifelong and remain active in consultation, trainings, and learning about the latest research. I find purpose in learning for my own well-being and integrate these findings into my therapy.
I’m passionate about creating meaningful relationships with clients built on safety and trust. I believe this strong relationship with a therapist allows clients to feel both accepted and pushed to grow. It is an honor to work with clients as they explore their challenges and help them find healing, acceptance, and increased individual and relational fulfillment.
